Gale McLean, SHRM-CP, PHR
President

Contractor Benefits Group, LLC was founded by Gale McLean after she searched unsuccessfully for a quality fringe benefit plan. Gale has 25 years in the construction industry and is a certified human resource professional. She is responsible for the overall strategy and plan design of The Contractors Advantage Plan. Her duties include sales and marketing and servicing existing clients. She is a frequent speaker on the subject of prevailing wage compliance. The favorite part of her job is interacting with the many plan participants and helping them access their benefits.

Gary Armstrong
Director of Sales

Gary has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. He has extensive experience in the HVAC and Utility Industries and has most recently worked in the insurance industry for the last 10 years. He is licensed for life and health, accident, and property and casualty insurance lines. His duties include sales and marketing, with a focus on the Philadelphia and southeast PA area market.
